Hey! I'm Eliana Schreiber, also known as Eliana's Cakery. 6 years ago I started baking cakes from scratch. During the pandemic, my business began to take off. Since then I've been growing at a steady pace all along my full-time college career. I love cooking and baking from scratch and I'm always up for a challenge. Some of my faves are croissants, babka, pies, cookies, and more! As much as I love being in the kitchen, I also love talking about myself! This buttercream board took my breath away!! ✨

The MOST special cake for the most special person. 🎂

It may look simple but I had to ensure structural soundness on this one. This is a crème brulee cake!!! That means super fluffy vanilla cake layers, an entire 8” crème brulee spooned in between the layers sprinkled with fresh raspberries. Then, encased in swiss merengue buttercream, topped with raspberries, more custard, and sugar that I torched for about 15 minutes.

All together, it came out insanely delicious. 🤤

When this client asked me for this specific ribbon cake I was so excited to FINALLY hop on this trend. 🎀

The thing is, unless somebody asks for bows, I have no reason to add them. This was such a fun opportunity!!! I love when a client knows exactly what they want.

This is a vanilla cake with a chocolate espresso ganache filling. The simplicity of the white and black is soooo classy and it turned out so pretty. This cake is giving #coquette and I’m obsessed. 😍

As we near the end of May, which really flew by, I thought it best to share some meals I’ve prepared over the past month! There’s quite a variety here, and I will say I can’t take credit for some of the artistry in one of the table spreads as my family contributed greatly! My college graduation cake!!!! 🎓 There was no way I was letting anyone else make my special cake. This was the opportunity to craft my dream dessert!!! 🎂 🩵🩷

This is an olive oil cake filled with lemon curd and French buttercream. The cake is frosted with a whipped mascarpone cream. This was SO moist and evenly flavored, and the frosting was perfectly creamy and just slightly sweet and smooth. This is the kind of cake you never get enough of. It was absolutely DIVINE 🍋 🧁

Though the party was designed with pinks and reds, I had a vision for a classy blue cake. It turned out perfect! 🤩 ❤️🥲

The spread at my college graduation party! I had a specific vision for all of this and with the hard work from my family, we pulled off a gorgeous display. The bright veggie platter, pink beetroot hummus, sushi, feta checkerboard, citrus burrata salad, and spritz bar, were handpicked choices to put together a classy spread on a Friday night in May.

I wanted delicious food with color, intentional design, and a fresh late-spring aesthetic. This is why we chose cold appetizers, lots of veggies 🥗 , cheeses 🧀, sushi 🍣, and lots of Hugo spritz!! 🥂

Corn was the "it girl" in 2025 summer baking. Corn cookies, corn cakes, sweet corn rolls, I swear it’s been everywhere. But maybe it’s not really all that popular.
